Rachel Gillespie is a full time Astrophotography Guide from Timaru to the Mackenzie Country to Kaikoura New Zealand and hosts guests at The Lindis Lodge, Ahuriri,  Lakestone Lodge and other places around the region. Her passion is the night sky and astrophotography is her love.  Her love for the dark skies in the Aoraki Mount Cook Dark Sky Reserve and her passion for teaching others how to get their cameras off auto and capture her beautiful country is her life's work.  She will take you to her special secret spots and locations.

Rachel is involved with the Kaikoura Dark Sky Trust and the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Trust in her work and donates images to these organisations regularly
