Youth Photography
After many years of talking to people about this topic I am ready to make this happen together with my teens to develop their future business in art and photography and the ability to learn how to run a business which will be available to other youth also!!
My calendar sales this year gives $10 per copy to this workshop series, which will be for now a South Island destination. We are looking for donations, gear that you don't want anymore that is good enough for beginners especially DSLR's, lenses and tripods, we hope to develop this into an annual thing if we can get support, we know everyone is short of cash these days but if you have some way of even purchasing a calendar it all adds up.
If you are inspired to give back please share this idea with others groups and photographers you know so we can make this happen in 2024 School holidays as a starting point, the kids will get access to my online training as well as out in the field events, gear and discounts for gear and other exciting developments
Each youth must be accompanied by an adult and they will be safe with our extensive health and safety plan, insurance and first aid experience, Alex (16) is also qualified in first aid and workspace safety, if you are a youth or a parent and have some interest for your young person also get in touch
If we can grow it then we will also be looking for other professional photographers to assist as a donation of your time to photography
They don't have social media so we will be setting this up via email newsletters and other cool ways to keep things clean and safe online
